About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Raba Fashion Industry (Pvt) Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities and fabric choices you provide, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices may change if specifications, quantities, raw-material costs or exchange rates change before the order is confirmed.
Orders and samples
- An order is confirmed once we have accepted it in writing and received any agreed advance payment.
- Where samples are made, bulk production begins after the buyer approves the sample.
- Minimum order quantities may apply and will be stated in the quotation.
Custom designs and branding
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork or designs you send us for printing, embroidery or labelling. We are not responsible for claims arising from artwork supplied by the buyer.
Payment
Payment terms, currency and method are as agreed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including shipping, customs or supply disruptions. Shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF, Ex-Works) are as stated on the invoice.
Quality and claims
Please inspect goods on arrival. Any quality or quantity claim should be reported in writing, with photos, within the period stated in your order confirmation. Approved claims will be resolved by repair, replacement or credit.
Colour and size tolerance
Minor variations in shade between fabric lots, and standard industry tolerances in measurements, are not considered defects.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
